SOUTHWORTH, Kylie Noelle

Kylie Noelle Southworth, born August 21, 2000 entered into rest on January 18, 2004. 

She is survived by her Parents: Dan and Dana Southworth, Stepfather: Charles Douglass, brothers: Devin Southworth and Chad Douglass, Grandparents: Robert and Mary Lu Southworth, Sue Ann Kunberger and Dr. George Kunberger, Aunts and Uncles: Lee Ann Kunberger, Eric Kun-berger, Katherine Kunberger, Carrie Kunberger, David & Aimee Southworth, Barb Martinez, Bill Southworth, and numerous Cousins. 

Kylie attended Arrowhead Elementary Pre-School for the Severely Developmentally Delayed. She also attended United Cerebral Palsy and Arcadia for her therapy services. She loved to ride with Horses Help. Kylie has touched many lives and will be deeply missed. 

Flowers will be accepted or Memorials may be made to the MISS Foundation. Visitation and funeral Services were at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary. Interment at Phoenix Memorial Park.
