Shawn Patrick Nicholson, age 12, passed away on Oct. 12, 2011 in Prescott Valley. He was born in Lake Havasu City June 23, 1999. Shawn was a straight-A student attending sixth grade at Coyote Springs Elementary School. He loved all kinds of sports, being a Boy Scout and loved to be outdoors and loved to dance.

Shawn is survived by his parents, Elizabeth (Nicholson) Dockery and Chris Green; brother, Grant Nicholson; and sisters, Brookalyn and Mercades Green; grandparents, Lynne and Alex Utkin, Gertrude and Wendell Green and John Nicholson; great-grandparents, Helen and Bob Williams, Nana and Pop Nicholson and Linde Utkin; many aunts, uncles and cousins and family pet, Justice.

A memorial fund account is in Shawn's name at Wells Fargo Bank to help the family with expenses.
