Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, November 9, 2011 - Dr. Cindi Ann Costa passed away Nov. 3, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, at the age of 54. She was born to Lloyd and Ruth (Vowell) Skinner on June 28, 1957 in Riverside, Calif. Cindi made Lake Havasu her home 14 years ago from California. Following her move to Lake Havasu, she taught at Mohave Community College for over ten years and in the last year, had received her Doctorate. Cindi married her best friend Louis Costa on Sept. 25, 2007. She enjoyed collecting jewelry, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandbaby, Kali. Cindi leaves behind her husband of four years, Louis F. Costa of Lake Havasu; sons, Cory Harrison of Saugerties, N.Y. and Justin Harrison of Lake Havasu; her granddaughter, Kali and her biker friends, Lucy, Charla, Peggy and MJ.
