The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, January 30, 2007 Doris Faye Irwin, 60, died at 1:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2007, at Saint Anthony's Hospital in Alton, Ill. She was born June 13, 1946, in Alton to Emil E. and Irma (Foster) Mulligan. She married Carl F. Irwin on July 4, 1970, in Madison, Ill. He survives. Doris was a unit clerk in the obstetrics ward at Saint Anthony's Hospital. She was employed at Yavapai Regional Medical Center for 25 years. She enjoyed genealogy. In addition to her husband, surviving are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Lori and Donald Gray of Brighton, Ill., Jamie Irwin of Alton, Ill., and a Jeanette and Don Miller of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; a son and daughter-in-law, Carl "Dino" and Samantha Irwin of Prescott Valley, Ariz; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lois and Terry Forbes of Fort Worth, Texas, and Carol Wanick of Carlinville; and a brother and his wife, Michael and Linda Mulligan of Cottage Hills, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Dalton Gray. Burial was at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, Ill. Information provided by survivors.
