Helen Mary Boehm passed through the golden gates of Heaven on Dec. 31, 2006. Helen "Granny" was born on May 14, 1918, in Pennsylvania. Helen spent most of her childhood and her adult life in Brooklyn, New York.

Granny loved New York with all her heart, but moved to Prescott to be close to her family.

Helen is survived by her son, Fred; daughter-in-law Sandy; grandchildren Fred and Michelle Boehm, Chris and Kelly Boehm and Stacie and Mike Marden; and two beautiful great-grandchildren, Madison and  Mason Marden.

Helen was one of 10 children and is survived by sisters Wanda and Natalie of Long Island, New York; and many nieces and nephews.   

We will miss you, Granny, but you will finally be in Heaven with Grandpa and back in your beloved New York.

Services and burial will be in New York.

Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
