CHAPMAN, Evelyn E.

Evelyn E. Chapman, 75, of Glendale, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2004. 

Evelyn is survived by her loving husband Charles; Sons Preston, David (Mary Jeanne), Charles (Kim) Jeffrey Chapman and 5 grandchildren. 

Visitation and services were at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria.
