Mrs Irene Hankins Haywood, age 84 of Mesa died on January 17, 2004. She was a native of Rennisville, OK and former resident of Casa Grande for many years. Survivors include; two sons; Richard Haywood, Jr. and Floyd Haywood both of Phoenix. Three sisters; Leola Pifher of Casa Grande, Geneva Farthing and Lizzie Shumate both of Phoenix. Two brothers; John Hankins of Long Beach, CA and Wilford Hankins of Phoenix. 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grand-children, 1 great-greatgrandchild. Visitation was at Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St. Service was held from South Phoenix Baptist Church, 2006 E. Broadway Rd. Interment at Mt. View Memorial Park, Casa Grande, Az. Arrangements are by Universal Memorial Center.
