SMITH, Bernadine

Bernadine Smith, age 81, passed away Jan 20, 2004 at her home in Glendale, AZ. Born April 11, 1922 in Corwith, Iowa, Bernadine was an L.P.N. who worked for 25+ years at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix. She is preceded in death by her beloved, husband of 40 years, Clyde Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Jayne Cota; grandchildren, Bryan, Mark, Daniel, David, & Andres; great-grandchild, Bryan Jr.; and numerous nieces & nephews. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family & friends. Visitation was at Lundberg White Rose Chapel in Glendale. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Glendale, AZ. Interment at Resthaven Park Cemetery Published in the Arizona Republic on 1/23/2004.
