WESTBROOKE, Shari Isabelle


Shari Isabelle Westbrooke, 90, of Tempe, Arizona, passed away January 21, 2004 in Tempe. She is from Warren, Ohio and was a homemaker and loving mother. Shari enjoyed playing golf and bridge. She was a member of the Church of the Epiphany Episcopal Church, Tempe Garden Club, Tempe Women's Club, ASU Faculty Wives Club, Republican Women's Club, Shalimar Country Club, Kiwanis, and of the Eastern Star. She served many years as a Gray Lady in hospitals overseas as well as in the United States. Shari was also a Deputy Registrar in Tempe. She is the wife of Col. Jack G. Westbrooke who preceded her in death in 1990. She is survived by her daughter, Shari Westbrook, of Mesa, AZ; son LTC James W. Westbrooke of Yorktown, Virginia; grandchildren, Dylan J. Westbrook of Apache Junction, AZ, Madeline C. Ray, of Mesa, AZ and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation was at Melcher's Chapel of the Roses Mortuary, 43 S. Stapley Dr, Mesa, Arizona. Funeral Services were held Saturday at Episcopal Church of the Epiphany Parish, 2222 South Price Road, Tempe, AZ. Donation may be made in Shari's name to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
