WENNING, Robert James

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, July 14, 2006 Sweet Robert James Wenning joined those beloved family members on May 14, 2006. He was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He served 23 years of distinctive service in the U.S. Navy as chief petty officer. He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Leigh of N. Hollywood, Calif., and Robin Van Demark of El Paso, Texas. He has two grandchildren, Robert Van Demark of Wilkes Barre, Pa. and Carolyn Van Demark of Phoenix, Ariz. He has three great-grandchildren, Sonja, Kyren and Emma. He is also survived by three sisters, Marjorie Borne of Fresno, Calif., Gretchen Bue of Los Altos, Calif., and Lois Hankins of Vacaville, Calif. We love him and will miss him deeply. Graveside services will be held at the Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Dewey, Ariz. on Saturday, July 15, 2006, at 10 a.m. Those who knew him are welcomed to join the family and share in the celebration of his life.
