Visitation with rosary Monday, January 26, 2004, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd. Scottsdale, AZ. Services Tuesday, January 27, 2004, Queen of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2533 W. Myrtle, Glendale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
