Services were held Thursday, January 29, 2004, Palm Lakes Village Clubhouse, 16415 N. 33rd Way, Phoenix, AZ 85032. 

Contributions may be made to St. Labre Indian School, P.O. Box 216, Ashland, MT 59003. Arrangements entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary.
