She was born Aug. 7, 1942, in Milan, Mich. She worked at Navapache Regional Medical Center from 1986-2004. She is survived by her son, Michael; daughter Tanya; brother Tony; and grandson, Alexander. Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria handled arrangements.
