Visitation will be 1 to 6 p.m. Nov. 16, 2011, with services at 6 p.m. at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz. She is survived by her husband, Dean Kuhns of 32 years; two sons, Rudy Velazquez and Steven Velazquez of Washington State; three daughters, Cecilia Velazquez of Arkansas, Evelyn Wathen and Carmen Clark-Caudill of Kentucky; and son-in-law Robert Wathen of Kentucky. Evelyn is grandma to 14 grandchildren: Bobbi Spracklen, Ben Frost, Bridget Frost, Marisa Akins, James Wathen, Rachel Bunnell, Joseph Velazquez, Daniel Velazquez, Sierra Wood, Elizabeth Velazquez, Robert Velazquez, Michael Vellazquez, Donald Caudill IV and Amber Caudill. She is great grandmother to 15. Visitation will be on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. until service time at 6 p.m. at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley at 8167 E Highway 69.
