Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Wednesday, November 16, 2011 Jewel Dana Martinez, age 28, of Peridot, Ariz. passed away on Nov. 4, 2011 in San Carlos, Ariz. She was born in Phoenix, Ariz. on Dec. 27, 1982, the daughter of Alma D. Martinez, Sr. and Lolita B. Goseyun. She enjoyed telling stories, loved to read and write and being with her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her father, Alma d. Martinez, Sr. Jewel is survived by her daughter, Sara Ruby Ann of Bylas, Ariz.; her mother, Lolita B. Martinez; her brothers, Jason Martinez, David Benally, and Alma D. Martinez, Jr.; her sisters, Cherish Hinton, Naylynn Benally and Alma Gina Martinez. Wake was held Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 at the Benally Residence/ New Moonbase/Peridot, Ariz. Funeral Services were Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 at the Lighthouse Assembly of God in Bylas, Ariz. Interment will be at Central Heights Cemetery in Bylas, Ariz. Assisting the family; Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
