The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 27, 2006 James Franklin White, 90, and Ethel Marian Simpson, 90, both of Prescott. Jim was born Sept. 11, 1916, in White City, Texas and died on Dec. 16, 2006, at Peaceful Valley Adult Care Center in Prescott. Marian was born Nov. 3, 1916, in Fort Screven, Ga., and died Dec. 21, 2006, at Peaceful Valley Adult Care Center in Prescott. Visitation for both will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton in Prescott. Services will take place in Vernon, Texas with burial in the family plot. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
