ZIMMERMAN, Elizabeth (Sandy)

Elizabeth "Sandy" Zimmerman, 93, of Mesa passed away quietly January 22, 2004. 

Elizabeth was a beautician for 45 years.  She was last employed by Rhodes Department Store, retiring in 1975. She was a member of Kiwanis, volunteered at Friendship Village in Tempe, and enjoyed antiques and art. 

She is survived by her older sister Ethel Ernest, Tucumcari NM, Nieces Kitty Renwick (Dick), Rio Rancho NM, Nancy Rentfro, Tucson AZ, Grand Niece Glynda Lowe, Tucson AZ, Grand Nephews Cliff (Charyn) Couch, Phoenix AZ, Brad (Diana) Couch, Mesa AZ, Dennis Lowe, Tucson AZ, Steven (Janice) Light, Phoenix AZ. She is also survived by Great-Grand Nieces Alyson Couch, Phoenix AZ, Stephanie Light, Phoenix AZ. Great Grand Nephew Chris Light, Phoenix AZ. 

Visitation was at Lakeshore Mortuary 1815 S. Dobson Rd. Mesa. The Funeral Service was at Epiphany Episcopal Church 2222 S. Price Rd. Tempe. Donations may be made to The Make A Wish Foundation 1624 E. Meadowbrook Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85016, or Banner Garden Hospice 7231 E. Broadway Mesa AZ 85208. Arrangements entrusted to Lakeshore Mortuary, Mesa.
