Jean M. Grzelakowski, 94, of Sun City Az, passed away January 23, 2004. 

Visitation and Scripture service was Wednesday, January 28, 2004, at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd. Services Thursday, January 29th at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 9728 W. Palmeras, Sun City. Contributions requested to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
