Gary Vincent Glass, 47, of Avondale died June 4, 2010, in Phoenix.

Mr. Glass was born Feb. 27, 1963, in Phoenix. He was a fork lift mechanic.

He is survived by one daughter, Destinee; his parents, Karen Heisel O'Neil and Gary Gene; three sisters, Lisa Everton, Jennifer O'Neil and Shauna O'Neil; and one brother, Justin.

Celebration of life services will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday at 7227 N. 173rd Ave, in Waddell
