Eugene Marvin Fields, 68, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on January 26, 2004. 

He served honorably in the US Air Force. 

A Memorial Service was Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5839 W. Missouri Ave. Glendale, AZ. Interment National Memorial Cemetery of Az, Phoenix, AZ Friday, February 6, 2004.
