GREEN, Marla Irene

Marla Irene Green, age 50, loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, of Phoenix, AZ. passed away on January 28, 2004. She was born on November 23, 1953 in Oxnard, CA. She was employed with the Alhambra School, District #68 for 17 years. She is survived by her daughter Melanie Collette and her son Matthew Collette; parents Marjorie Harwood, Carl (Pat) Green; sisters Maryellen Anderson and Cheryl Dyer; dear companion Denise Bailey; and her 4 loving pets Cujo, Shaggy, Pita and Sugar. Marla will be remembered for her zest for life and uncanny ability to make people laugh. In lieu of flowers, Marla has requested balloons. Visitation was held one hour prior to the Memorial Service which was on Monday, February 2, 2004 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3104 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale, AZ. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Lundberg Mortuary White Rose Chapel, Glendale, AZ. Published in the Arizona Republic from 1/31/2004 - 2/1/2004.
