Combined Final Commendation and Farewell with Full Military Honors for James Minardi and Forrest Nelson will take place at  11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at Prescott National Cemetery, with Father Gerald Caffrey, C.M.F., Bob Stump Veterans Affairs chaplin, and the Honor Details from American Legion Post 6.
