Diane Lynn Follett, 52, died October 12, 2006, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born on March 21, 1954, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Jack and Doris Block of Phoenix.
Diane was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sylvia Greer, uncle, Thomas Greer and her beloved pet, KC, aka, Cuddly.
Diane is survived by her husband, Daniel Follett; daughter, Crystal (Sean) Bruce; sons, rocky (Wendee), Randy Huck (Katherine) and David; seven grandchildren, Wyatt, Tanner, Annalee, Brandon, Tyler, Dylan and Patience; brothers, Jack Block and Martin (Bonnie) Block; sister, Susan (Bob) Nagle; niece, Tiffany (Anthony) Porter and nephew, Bobby Nagle.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2006, at the Salvation Army Church, 237 S. Montezuma St., Prescott.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Salvation Army, 237 S. Montezuma St., Prescott, Ariz., 86301.
