EXCELL, Caroline Lee

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, June 10, 2007 Caroline Lee Excell was born in Bisbee, Ariz., June 1, 1941, to Curtis and Ruth Morris. She passed way June 8, 2007. She resided in Arizona for several years and moved to Henderson, Nev., where she attended her elementary school grades. She then moved to Las Vegas and attended Las Vegas High School where she graduated as one of the top students in her class. In the early to mid '60s, she went back to college at UNLV for four years and received her degree in accounting. Carolyn met her husband, Don, June 1958 in Las Vegas and they became engaged Christmas Eve of that same year. They eloped July 6, 1959. The marriage was later sealed in the St. George Temple July 1,1960. Carolyn would do anything for anybody at anytime; service was her life. She is survived by her three children, Don, Valerie and Curtis. She also has 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Darrell, her first son, preceded her in death. Visitation will be Saturday, June 16, from 9 a.m. to service time at 10 in the Relief Society Room at the Agua Fria Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7885 E. Long Look Drive, Prescott Valley Ariz., 86314. Dedication of the grave will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery, Prescott, Ariz.
