The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 14, 2007 Alfred G. Turman, 76, of Prescott, Arizona, died Sunday, February 11, 2007 at The Margaret T. Morris Center. He was born January 12, 1931 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Elbert and Maude Turman. Alfred proudly served his county in the U.S. Air Force. Alfred was preceded in death by his parents; brother, E.J. Turman; and sister, Velma Moody. He is survived by his wife, Frances S. Turman of Prescott, Ariz.; daughter, Teresa (Tim) Zebell of Chino Valley, Ariz.; step-sons Brad (Debra) Austin of Florida and Gary (Linda) Austin of Flagstaff, Ariz.; sisters, Alpha (Carroll) Spafford of Michigan and Mary (Bernie) Orzech of Virginia; mother-in-law, Dorthea Snelson of Prescott, Ariz.; brother-in-law, George Snelson of Prescott, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Margaret T. Morris Center at 878 Sunset Ave. Prescott, Arizona 86305, in Alfred's memory. Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary.
