Billy graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science inAeronautical Science. Billy choose to remain in the Prescott area to pursue his passion for flying and over the years established himself as a highly qualified and dedicated private and charter pilot in the Prescott air community.

He made friends easily and all those that interacted with him were always left with the feeling that he truly cared. No one was a stranger to him, and all those people in particular, those in the Prescott aviation community, will sorely miss him and the world is a sad and lonelier place without him. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him and were privileged to share but a portion of his life.
