The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Tuesday, November 22, 2011 Anthony Ybarra Sr. 1952 - 2011 Holy Rosary for Anthony Ybarra, Sr., will be held Friday, November 25, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Madre De Dios Catholic Church, Memorial Mass 11 a.m., celebrant Father Frank Chacon. Inurnment to follow at Desert View Cemetery. Anthony P. Ybarra, Sr., 59, passed away Nov. 18, 2011, at his home in Cottonwood surrounded by loved ones. Tony was born Oct. 23, 1952, in Winslow, AZ. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to hunt and fish. Tony lived life to the fullest, he was always the leader, never the follower. Tony is survived by his wife Amy of Cottonwood, his children Lorena, Anthony JR, (Erica), Mark (Mary), Jesus (Sandra) all of Casa Grande, AZ and Ramey (Veronica) of Chino Valley, AZ, Bell, Laramie (Preston), and Holly all of Rimrock, AZ;15 grand children, and 3 great grand children. He is also survived by his father Gilbert G. Ybarra, SR., grandfather Dennis B. Hernandez, sisters Marie, Linda, Rena, Jeannie, Sally and brothers Lonnie, Gilbert and Gary. Tony is preceded in death by his mother Lillian, sister Anita (Lulu), grandparents Rafaela Hernandez and Fred and Emma Passmore. Condolences can be sent to www.greersmortuary.com.
