Zyanya Jonay Ortega, a newborn, of Tolleson died Oct. 29, 2011.

She is survived by her parents, John and Amanda; two brothers, Nico and John Daniel; three sisters, Naya, Victoria and Azlana; and two grandmothers, Victoria Petosa and Maria.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Advantage Crystal Rose Chapel, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. Graveside service will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
