MURO, Josephine

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ November 18, 2011 Josephine Muro, 64, of Goodyear died Nov. 13, 2011, in her home. Ms. Muro was born July 5, 1947, in Baltimore to Barbara Brady and Joseph. She began her career as a registered nurse, attending Uniontown Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania. She went on to earn her bachelor of science in psychology from Upsala College in East Orange, N.J. She then made her career traveling throughout the United States doing clinical research for pharmaceutical companies with her own business. She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Dawn Bowkley; one son, Dr. Charles William Bowkley, III; one brother, Ernest; and one sister, Barbara. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. today at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. The Rev. Paul Ybarra will officiate.
