Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ Published Tuesday, November 22, 2011 - We are sorry to announce the passing of our beloved mother. Karen L. Skala was born Jan. 13, 1941, in Iowa and went to a peaceful rest Nov. 17, 2011. She is survived by her three daughters Cindy Neill, Debra Willis and Kathleen Neill; four loving grandchildren, Ryan Ekberg, Travis Neill, Jaime Willis and Haley Mendizabal-Neill and one loving great grandchild, Joshua Walker-Neill. Karen was the most loving person you could ever meet. Whatever you needed she was there for you with open arms. She had the biggest heart and would give you the shirt off her back. Those who knew her were truly blessed. She will be dearly missed by all her friends and relatives, but will forever remain in our hearts. We love you Momma.
