West Valley View, Avondale, AZ Friday, November 25, 2011 Joan Biscoe, 79, of Litchfield Park died Nov. 21, 2011, in Goodyear. Mrs. Biscoe was born Aug. 30, 1932, in Lansing, Mich., to Ed and Agnus Lucas. She moved to Arizona in 1950 and was a property owner and manager. She is survived by her husband, Hamilton; three sons, Stuart, Steven and Donald; two brothers, Jim and Lyn; one sister, Carolyn Coombs; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 30 at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
