Robyn Allyson Horwick Richards, born in Chicago, Ill., on Jan. 11, 1960, passed on June 9,2007, at her home in Dewey, Ariz. Robyn moved to Phoenix in 1984 from Chicago. In 1997, she moved to Prescott Valley.
She is survived by Alan Horwick, father; Juli Zankovich, sister; Tiffany Zankovich, niece; Brett Zankovich, nephew; Gary Szalakiewicz, uncle; Carol Horwick, aunt; cousins, other relatives and many good friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Horwick.
A woman with a heart of gold, Robyn had a great (and sometimes wacky) sense of humor. With a kind and gentle spirit, she loved animals.
Understanding the importance of love and compassion, Robyn was a registered nurse for 20 years who cared dearly for her patients and co-workers.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Robyn will be 5 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2007, at her home, 10479 East Durham, Dewey (Prescott Country Club).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal fund of your choice.
Robyn Allyson Horwick Richards was a very special person. Her beautiful spirit will be missed. We love you, Robyn.
