Josá "Joe" Martinez Sahuaqui, 63, of Tolleson died April 18, 2010, at West Valley Hospital in Goodyear.

Mr. Sahuaqui was born May 16, 1946, in Tucson to Mary and Ynginio. He was a deer dancer for the Pascua Yaqui tribe in Tucson. He retired in October 2009 as a foreman at Gingg Farms in Buckeye.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; two daughters, Sue Ann Mason of Australia and Sandra Davis of Kingman; four sons, Joey of New Mexico, Richard of Florence, Ron Moyer and Lodi, Calif., and Tom of Denver; four sisters, Mary, Rosa, Victoria and Helen; four brothers, Santos, Antonio, Juan and Junior; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Interment was at Pascua Yaqui cemetery in Tucson April 24.
