West Valley View, Avondale, AZ June 18, 2010 Dorothea H. O'Donnell Smith, 47, of Waddell died June 11, 2010, in Phoenix. She was born Nov. 1, 1962, in Norristown, Pa. She is survived by three children, John T. Williams, Brandan S. Williams and Brittnay N. Williams; her parents, Judy and Carl Smith; one brother, Donald Smith; and three sisters, Carlee Smith, Kim Howell and Suzette Gallegly.
