CISSNE, Raymond Fran

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ June 22, 2010 Raymond Frank Cissne, 64, of Buckeye died from a heart attack June 11, 2010, in Buckeye. Mr. Cissne was born Aug. 14, 1945, in Soccorro, N.M. He was a retired business manager for operators. He was a member of the Modified Motorcycle Association and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Julie; one daughter, Crystal March; one son, Frank Jr.; his mother, Mary Fraser; two brothers, Sam Drinkard and Otis Drinkard; and four grandchildren. Services and interment were held at Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery in Glendale.
