West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 02, 2010 Keith L. Cooley, 45, of Phoenix and formerly of Avondale died June 29, 2010, in Phoenix. Mr. Cooley was born Jan. 9, 1965, in Pensacola, Fla., to Clarence and Connie. His family moved to Avondale when he was 9. He graduated from Agua Fria Union High School. He worked at Fry's Food and Drug and also worked in private business security. He is survived by one son, Patrick; his parents, Clarence Eugene Sr. and Connie; one sister, Lisa DeHan; and two brothers, Kevin and Clarence E. Jr. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. July 5 at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. Memorials may be made to the Arizona Humane Society, 1521 W.
