West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 02, 2010 Phyllis Louise De Loach, 82, of Buckeye died June 25, 2010, at her home. Mrs. De Loach was born July 31, 1927, in Alexandria, Ind., to Earnest and Marguerite Fish. She lived in Arizona from 1974 to 1978 and moved back in 2007. She was a member of Liberty Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Charles; two daughters, Lenora Shuto of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Jennifer Rockwell of Carpinteria, Calif.; two sons, Alan of Tucson and Earl Oliver of Fort Bragg, Calif.; four sisters, Wilma Douglas, Carol Levi, Nona Roberts and Diane Hall; three brothers, Roger Fish, Leonard Fish and Blaine Fish; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
