David Michael Dyer passed away January 28, 2004 in Phoenix, Az. He moved to Phoenix, Az in 1985 from Sugar City, Idaho. David was U.S. Navy and also attended the University of Idaho majoring in geology. He is survived by his wife Diane; Shannon & Mary Dyer, Phoenix, AZ.; David & Sally Dyer, and Richard Dyer, Flagstaff, AZ.; Terry & Torrella Christiansen, Peoria, AZ.; Mack & Kay Dyer, Lubbock, Texas; and Ella Zettley. Visitation and services were held Monday, February 2, 2004 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 22034 N. 83rd Avenue, Peoria, Az. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley. Published in the Arizona Republic on 2/1/2004.
