PETROFF, Mackenzie Grace

Mackenzie Grace Petroff, born on August 16, 2001 entered into rest on January 30, 2004. 

She is survived by parents, David and Toni Petroff; brothers, Mark and David; sisters, April and Sarah; grandparents, aunts and uncles. 

Mackenzie attended FBC infant program. Mackenzie has touched many lives and will be deeply missed. 

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the FBC (Foundation for Blind Children). 

A graveside service was held Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at Arrowhead Memorial Gardens, 2100 N. 75th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85308. Arrangements entrusted to Hansen Arrowhead
