STEINMETZ, Hubert Rhodes

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, October 14, 1974 Steinmetz Services Wednesday Hubert Rhodes Steinmetz, 62, was dead on arrival at Yavapai Community Hospital from an apparent heart attack. He was born on April 6, 1912, in Carson, N.D. and had been a resident of Arizona for the past 13 years. He had been employed in the building and construction industry as a carpenter in Oregon and continued in that field in Prescott. He was a member of the carpenter’s local union. Survivors include his widow, Clara G., of Prescott; three sons, Maralee H., of San Diego, Duane R., of Prescott, and Jerry C., of Flagstaff; one brother Gale Steinmetz, of Carson, N.D; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Sinconson of Missoula, Mont.; and Mrs. Dorothy Vigselvig, of Mesa and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hampton Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Hampton Funeral Home.
