The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Thursday, December 01, 2011 Patrick A. O’Neal (Bear), March 17, 1950, to Nov. 18, 2011, passed after a long illness. He is survived by four children; James, Mike, Patrick Jr. O’Neal, and Melody Chappel, and four step children; John, Don, David, and Danny Visser. Survived also by a brother, Charles, of Arlington, Washington; and two sisters; Dian O’Neal and Ruthie Richie of the Verde Valley. He will be missed by all who loved him.
