Alfred Andrew Drolet, 80, passed away on January 30, 2004.
He will join his loving wife of nearly 58 years in heaven along with his daughter, Teresa.
Born in Michigan, he moved to Arizona more than 40 years ago where he was employed as a registered pharmacist.
His military service in the U.S. Army included WWII and the Battle of the Bulge. Upon his return from the military he married the love of his life, Marjorie.
He was a Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree member. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather and his sense of humor, singing and love for music will be remembered by all.
He is survived by his 7 daughters: Marie Coe, Maureen Drolet, Renee Drolet, Margo Radel, Ann Feavel, Dianne Welling and Laura Drolet and 2 sons: Steve and Tom Drolet; 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers: Dan Drolet and George Drolet and 1 sister Mary Reilly.
Visitation was held Thursday, February 5th at Messinger Mortuaries, 7601 E. Indian School, Scottsdale with a funeral mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3801 N. Miller Rd., in Scottsdale. Graveside services were at St. Francis Cemetery. A gathering to celebrate his life was held at OLPH immediately following the graveside service.
