SZUKALA, Vivian

Vivian Szukala, 80, of Glendale, died January 31, 2004. 

She was born in Chicago, Illinois. 

Children include Father Carl, Michele, Thomas, and four grandchildren. 

Visitation with a Rosary was at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Mass  Thursday, February 5, 2004. St. Helen's Catholic Church 5510 W. Cholla St., Glendale. Contributions: Wings of Peace c/o Mrs. Conrad Pennartz, 5003 Sanna Glendale, AZ 85302.
