ALGARIN, Margarita

Margarita Algarin of Paradise Valley, Arizona, died February 2, 2004. 

Margarita was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on February 1, 1909. 

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Bryan and Iris Updegraff; grandson, Marcus B. Updegraff; granddaughter, Devon N. Updegraff; and two sisters. 

Memorial service was held at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016.
