JASKOWIAK, Mark A.

Mark A. Jaskowiak, Sr., Our Beloved Mark took his final journey home on January 29, 2004. 

Mark was born in Knox, Indiana on May 5, 1953, moving to Tempe, AZ as a young boy. 

Mark was preceded in is journey by his father and stepmother Winston and Jayne Jaskowiack. 

Mark will be loved and missed by families and friends left behind, which included his mother Helen; brothers Michael and Hank; three sisters Edythe, Kathy and Mary; his children Jason, Mark II, Adam, Heather and Kristin; four grandchildren Briona, Marcus, Jon Kyle and Alicia; plus numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation and services were held February 6, 2004 at Carr Tenney Mortuary 2621 S. Rural Rd. Tempe, AZ.
