SWEENEY, Randall Lee

Randall Lee Sweeney, born to Lee Sweeney (aka Swiney) and Agnes Sutterfield Sweeney on March 8, 1926 in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Randall passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 in Phoenix, Arizona, at age 77. 

Randall was predeceased by his parents, wife, Mary Lu, infant son, Steven, and brother, William. He is survived by a sister-in-law, a nephew, 2 nieces. 2 grandnieces and 1 grandnephew. 

Randall served in the United States Navy in World War II as a Sonarman Third Class and was honorably discharged. He was a kind and gentle person and will be missed by all who knew him. He was a charter member of North Phoenix Baptist Church and was currently a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Phoenix, Arizona. 

A Memorial Service was held at Phoenix Memorial Park Chapel, 200 West Beardsley, Phoenix. Arizona with Dr. David Johnson and Dr. Glen Crotts officiating.
