COOPER, Albea

Mrs. Albea Cooper, age 84 of Glendale died on Feb. 1, 2004. She was a native of Washington, Georgia, and a former resident of Philadelphia, PA before moving to the valley 16 years ago. She is survived by her son, John Spruill of New York, NY and a devoted sister, Maxine Mason of Phoenix, AZ. Services were held from the First Institutional Baptist Church, 1141 E. Jefferson St. Graveside services were at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Arrangements are by Universal Memorial Center. Published in the Arizona Republic on 2/5/2004.
