The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 2, 1972 Dr. George Emory Dr. George D. Emory, 65, of 1984 Forest Hills Road, Prescott, died Jan. 31, 1971. He was born Dec. 6, 1906, in Denver, Colo. Dr. Emory was a member of the American Medical Association, the Arizona Medical Association, the Yavapai County Medical Society, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America and was Chief of Radiology at Whipple Veteran’s Hospital in Prescott. A graduate of Colorado Medical School in Denver, Dr. Emory previously practiced in Denver and Greeley, Colo. He was a member to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Prescott. Dr. Emory is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Judith Kolb of Tucson and Mrs. Deborah McCrary, a brother, William F. of Lincoln City, Ore., a sister, Louise Moore, of Denver and five grandsons. Memorial services will be in Prescott, Feb. 4, 1972 at 2 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. Contributions may be made to Easter Seals Society, Pre-school for the deaf in Tucson. Arrangements were made by Adair Funeral Home, 1950 Dodge Blvd., Tucson.
