MORAN, Micaila (Mickey)

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 09, 2010 Micaila "Mickey" Moran, 82, of Avondale died July 2, 2010, in Goodyear. Mrs. Moran was born Sept. 29, 1927, in Cameron, Texas, to Rosalio Ortiz and Ramona Jimenez. She moved to Arizona in 1940. She married Ernesto H. Moran on March 24, 1945, in Phoenix. She was a homemaker and a member of La Mission Jubilee Center in Avondale for more than 30 years. She is survived by four daughters, Ramona Ybarra, Gloria, Sandra and Consuelo; five sons, Ernest, Elias, Lucio, Edmund and Alfredo; two sisters, Hilda Misquez and Olivia Torres; one brother, Richard Ortiz; 30 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernesto. Services will be at 9 a.m. today at La Mission Jubilee Center, 11147 W. Buckeye Road in Avondale.
