West Valley View, Avondale, AZ July 13, 2010 Ralph Hernandez, 33, of Glendale and formerly Avondale died July 6, 2010, in Glendale. Mr. Hernandez was born Dec. 10, 1976, in Phoenix. He grew up in Avondale and attended Westview High School. He is survived by five daughters, Lucia, Julia, Gloria, Delphina and Bianca of Avondale; one son, Ralph Jr. of Avondale; his parents, Lucia P. Hernandez of Phoenix and Ralph Rodriguez of Yuma; four sisters, Tanya of Phoenix, Angelique Clark of Phoenix, Raquel Clark of Mesa; and Alexandra Rodriguez of California; and one brother, Rudy Rodriguez of California. Visitation with services will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson.
